Your Time Is Valuable – and So Is Your Timesheet!

You’ve finished your last assignment for the week, but don’t forget the last step: submitting your completed timesheet to BOLT Staffing so that you can get paid on the next pay day.   To make sure your timesheet gets processed accurately, follow these simple steps:

  1. Use a timesheet. Bring a paper timesheet with you to your assignment(s) for each week you work and each employer you work for during the week. Each timesheet covers the period beginning Monday and ending Sunday.  For each new week you will need to use a new timesheet, one for each employer.  Paper timesheets are available at both BOLT offices; you can also print out a copy of the timesheet by clicking here, or ask your recruiting to send you a blank timesheet via email.
  2. Get your timesheet signed by your supervisor. Sending in an unsigned timesheet will delay the processing of your pay check.
  3. Tell BOLT how you want to receive your money. Check the box for “Direct Deposit” or “Hold” or “Mail”. Direct deposit needs to be set up with Payroll and is easy to do.  Selecting “Hold” means that your paycheck will be available at the BOLT office of your choice,  and “Mail” will tell Payroll to mail your check to the address we have on file.
  4. Send your completed timesheet to BOLT. Pick one of these methods: a) scan or take a photo of your timesheet and email it to payroll@boltstaffing.com; b) fax your timesheet to 707.9393.2981; or c) drop the timesheet off at either BOLT office.  Timesheets are due Mondays by 12pm.
