Vince Lombardi (1913 – 1970) was a dynamic and charismatic college and professional football coach.  His team, the Green Bay Packers, won the first Super Bowl in 1967.  According to Wikipedia, Lombardi is still considered “the greatest football coach of all time”.  He was especially known for his motivational speeches.
