BOLT appreciates all of their employees for their continuous hard work and commitment. We want to go further in thanking our employees by naming an employee of the week each week!
How it works: Every week each employee will receive a virtual raffle ticket (they will not be physically distributed out to each employee) for being an outstanding employee by 1) showing up to all the assignments which you are assigned, 2) not calling out to any of your shifts, and 3) turning in your timesheet on time and filled out correctly. If an employee fails to do one of these, your name will be taken out of the raffle.
There’s more…If you receive good feedback from a client you will receive 5 additional raffle tickets to put in the raffle for that week.
What you need to do is…nothing! Just continue to show up to your assignments and turn your timecards in on time and you will have the chance to win!
What you get…. At the end of each week there will be a drawing. Whoever’s name is pulled will win a gift card and a huge thank you from everyone here at BOLT!
