Discrimination: New Guidance from EEOC

The EEOC is proposing guidance on discrimination. There are some changes worth noting in their proposal. One item that bears on us at BOLT that we need to be sure our clients are aware of is the joint liability of staffing firms and their clients.
Not only is using an agency as a shelter in selecting candidates, your agency could be responsible for your choices.
