SolTrans recently unveiled the new Curtola Park & Ride hub in Vallejo. Among the crowds of dignitaries, BOLT’s American Canyon manager Anthony Pizziol met a college friend, Mandi Renshaw. Mandi is a Progam Analyst at SolTrans’ Vallejo headquarters. They’ve kept in touch since college, but the meeting at the event was a pleasant surprise. Both Mandi and Anthony are Benicia residents. Anthony has been with BOLT just 4 1/2 years and has risen quickly in the company after graduating from Chico State. Mandi is a credentialed teacher and worked for the SF Giants after graduation. She traded the commute for a different career direction with SolTrans.
“It’s been an awesome experience working with SolTrans. I think the best part of my job is working with the communities in which I live. I love making a difference in our little towns of Vallejo and Benicia. I have also gained great respect for the lengths  transportation agencies go to provide safe and reliable service,” she says.
