The latest in corporate buzz phrases seems to be “digital native”. Apparently this is intended to indicate someone who grew up surrounded by digital devices. Unfortunately, another interpretation is someone who is over 40 is not “digitally native”.  If you’re thinking about posting job opportunities featuring this new, catchy term you may want to think again.
