Job Seeker FAQ

When can I start working?

Job availability changes regularly. Once you’ve completed your application and interview process, our recruiters will let you know when a position opens that aligns with your skills and preferences.

How can I apply?

You can apply directly to any position on our job board, you can contact us through our website or you can come into our offices and fill out an application in person. Make sure you have your resume handy when you apply.

After your application is complete, you’ll be connected with a recruiter who specializes in your industry and location. The recruiter will want to know more about your skills, your goals and your preferences.

Once the interview process is complete, you will have an orientation session to get familiar with Bolt Staffing.

Does Bolt Staffing conduct background checks?

We conduct background checks as required by our clients. All background checks are performed in accordance with California law.

Should I contact the office after my interview?

Your Bolt Staffing recruiter will keep in touch, and when viable opportunities arise, the recruiter will reach out to you. However, it is a good idea to keep your availability updated and to check in with your recruiter. We embrace strong communication.

What if I am not interested in an opportunity?

If something about an opportunity doesn’t quite match your expectations, you are always free to decline. It is our goal to find you opportunities where you will thrive.

What if I am on an assignment and decide it is not for me?

Sometimes, you don’t know whether a job is right for you until you’ve tried it out. If you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, contact your recruiter immediately. You might be asked to stay on long enough for a replacement to be brought in, but we will work to remedy the situation quickly.

What do I pay for your services?

As an applicant, you do not pay for any of the services provided by Bolt Staffing.
