Thankfully, BOLT Staffing can be that resource you need to navigate your job search! We have been successfully assisting fresh college graduates find great positions in the local job market since the 1990s. We pride ourselves in being another medium into which recent college graduates can tap for searching and identifying great positions that may only require a recent Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in any given field.

As a matter of fact, we have some excellent examples of this that we would like to share with you. One successful instance last year involved our efforts to fill an Accounting Assistant for a client of ours in Napa. The position simply required some exposure to sophisticated accounting tasks and a Bachelor’s degree in the field.  A little while later, we met a savvy and motivated individual named Connor Brady. He came equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/International Business and Logistics from California State University Maritime Academy from 2016.
