In 2014, the American Staffing Association (ASA) solidified their relationship with the US Occupational and Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).  This brief video emphasizes the importance of treating every temporary employee exactly the same way an employer treats their own staff.

Another short video is a statement from David Michaels, Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health, discussing the alliance between ASA and OSHA.  He plainly states the mutual responsibility both staffing agencies and their clients bear in ensuring worker safety.  As members of ASA and as a responsible employer we endorse and support these objectives.
