Our sales people are trained to evaluate working conditions not only to insure we find the best match for your position, but also so we can brief our employees about what they can expect to encounter on the job.
We strive to establish and maintain a relationship of cooperation and mutual trust with our clients. Nowhere is this more important than with regard to safety. Workplace safety is simply good business. While BOLT pays the Worker’s Compensation premium for all our employees, obviously our costs are reflected in the fees our clients pay us.
In 2014, the American Staffing Association (ASA) solidified their relationship with the US Occupational and Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). This brief video emphasizes the importance of treating every temporary employee exactly the same way an employer treats their own staff.
Another short video is a statement from David Michaels, Assistant Secretary of Labor for Occupational Safety and Health, discussing the alliance between ASA and OSHA. He plainly states the mutual responsibility both staffing agencies and their clients bear in ensuring worker safety. As members of ASA and as a responsible employer we endorse and support these objectives.
We guarantee every placement.
