BOLT Staffing is pleased to announce that Dimitri Rivera has joined the BOLT sales team. A Napa native, Dimitri grew up in American Canyon and attended Vintage High School. A graduate of San Diego State (Class of 2015), Dimitri earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Communication.  Considering that both his parents have had successful sales careers all their lives, Dimitri always felt that landing a career in sales was in his DNA, but like many new graduates, he was uncertain about the next step.  On a visit back home, Dimitri came to the BOLT Staffing office in American Canyon, and the answer became clear.
Before coming to BOLT, Dimitri worked a variety of part-time jobs while attending college. “From working as a recreation leader at the American Canyon Summer Camp, to being a food server, to business-to-business cold calling, and now as an Account Executive for BOLT, I feel that my experience working with people from diverse backgrounds has prepared me to kick off my professional sales career.”
When asked about what it’s like to represent BOLT to the world, Dimitri had this to say: “Representing BOLT is exciting and fulfilling because we provide recruiting services to local businesses but we are also helping people find jobs. As a locally owned and operated business, we take the time to get to know our clients and candidates to see how we can be the best resource when it comes to talent. I have been here for about five months now and both the Sonoma and American Canyon leadership teams have been extremely welcoming.  Having such experienced team of co-workers allows me to proudly represent BOLT and I look forward to growing within the company.”
