  2. Improved: 48%

  7. Volunteered: 35%
  8. Influenced: 29%
  9. Increased/decreased: 28%

  15.  Won: 13%

Comparing the two lists, it’s not hard to see the difference — the first is a litany of advertising terms. The second is a set of specific accomplishments.
